Data Residency
betterfound operates fully isolated EU and US regions. Data created in one region never leaves it — no cross-region replication, no shared infrastructure.

Region is selected once during tenant onboarding and cannot be changed. If you need to migrate regions, contact enterprise@betterfound.ai.

LLM and Anthropic
betterfound uses Claude (Anthropic) for the conversational AI and enrichment agent. Anthropic's API does not train on your data per their Terms of Service (effective September 2024). EU-tier tenants are routed to Anthropic's EU API endpoint.
A copy of the Anthropic DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is available from your betterfound account manager. Anthropic is also GDPR-compliant and signed SCCs are available on request.

CIDR notifications
betterfound publishes its egress IP ranges at https://betterfound.ai/ips.json. Subscribe to this endpoint for 30-day advance notice of any new IP range. This is relevant if your firewall allow-lists betterfound's IPs for Fetch Agent traffic.
